How to reset your Dribl password (Web)

If you forget the password that you used to log into Dribl, you can quickly reset the password by following the below steps:

1.Access the Dribl system => https://app.dribl.com/signin

2. Enter in your username and password, if you receive an error “Incorrect Username or Password Provided” such as the example below – click on the “Forgot Password” link

3. a) Enter in the email address for the account that you have forgotten the password for

b) Tick “I am Not a robot” and answer the challenge questions

c) Click on the “Reset Password” link

Note: You will receive a confirmation message such as below

4.  Check your email – You will receive password reset email like below – Click on the link to reset your password

5. Enter and re-enter your new password and then click “Update Password“.

Note: the new password must be at least 8 characters.

6. You will now be able to sign into the Dribl website => https://app.dribl.com/signin/ (or Dribl App) with your new password.
