How to add availabilities to match officials. (Web)
This article will demonstrate how to add availability to a match official.
- From the relevant referee’s branch, select members from the white menu bar along the top.
2. In the search (1) bar located below the white menu bar, enter the match official name and click the tick (2) or hit Enter on your key board.
3. Click on the whistle icon once you have located the referee you wish to ad availibilities for.
4. A side menu will appear (1). To add availitbities click the + icon (2)
5. Once you click +, it will open up a drop down menu.
6. Add a date range by clicking the date rand box (1) and then select the appropriate to and from date.
7. Add the specific days you want mark the offical for by clicking into the box.
8. Add a time range for avaialbility.
9. Adding how often you will be available. (I.E weekly, fortnightly)
10. Adding a comment, this is helpful when indicating the reason for this availability (1). Once completed, click the tick (2) to confirm the availability.
