5. Playing Level – All

6. Registration Season – Select applicable season

7. Parent Registration Type – Select applicable registration type

Input details such as Reg Product Name, Dates, Age, Gender

9. Payment Details
Select Payment Options you wish to offer participants for this product, and the fee applicable for the club

10. Terms and Conditions
Enter Terms and Conditions Title and upload a PDF document
