How to raise forfeit request (App)

This article will demonstrate how to raise a forfeit request as a club representative.

1. In The Match Centre Tap on the Fixture.

2. Tap the “fixture” menu option, find the relevant fixture – then Tap the on “Match sheet” menu option

3. Tap “Forfeit Request”

4. Tap on the “+” icon.

5. Tap your team (1), Enter your reason (2) and tap Save (3)

Once submitted the next screen should look similar to below as Pending status

You will also be sent an email confirmation once the above steps are completed.
