How to upload certificates for your club members in Dribl

As a club admin, you have the ability to specify which certificates each of your club members hold in the Dribl system.

Examples of such certificates that FNSW State Leagues coaches and/or managers may require include the Play By The Rules – Child Protection and Safeguarding & Harassment and Discrimination certificates and also the coaching certificates such as the FFA/AFC A,B or C Licence.

 

The below steps will explain how to add certificate details for each of your members

  1. Go to the Members tab and search for the member you would like to add certificate details for
  2. On the far right side of the line for the relevant member, select the “Certification” icon

3.  How to add either the PBTR – Child Protection and Safeguarding and/or PBTR – Harassment and Discrimination certification

a) Click on the General tab and then click on “Add a Certificate

b) 1. Add in all relevant certificate details including: Certificate number, Body that certificate was received from, Expiry Date & the Certificate type.

2. Click on upload to Upload a copy of the certificate for verification purposes.

3. Click on the tick circle to save changes

** Perform the same above process in step 3 to also add the “PBTR – Harassment and Discrimination” certificate

 

4. How to add a coaching certificate such as the FFA/AFC A,B or C Licence

a) Click on the Coaching tab and then click on “Add a Certificate

b) 1. Add in all relevant certificate details including: Certificate number, Body that certificate was received from, Expiry Date & the Certificate type.

2. Click on upload to Upload a copy of the certificate for verification purposes.

3. Click on the tick circle to save changes

** Perform the same above process in step 3 to also add in any other relevant coaching certificates your members may have
