SAP Teams – Team allocation and Electronic Match sheet process

For the 2022 season, ALL teams will need to submit match sheets electronically via the Dribl App, this includes all SAP teams. In order to get into a position to submit match sheets electronically via the Dribl App, the below Team allocation process needs to be completed first for all SAP teams by club administrators.

FNSW mixed SAP (u9,u10,u11 & u12’s) are squads which which are split into 2 teams per age group (Blue & White) on each match day.

Given SAP players could play in either the Blue or White (or Both) teams on any given weekend, which team should these players be mapped to? .. the answer BOTH Blue & White teams

Please allocate/map all of your SAP age group participants (Including all players, coaches and managers) to both the Blue & White SAP teams for their relevant SAP age group.

• Allocate/Map all u9 SAP players, coaches and managers to both the Blue & White SAP u9 teams
• Allocate/Map all u10 SAP players, coaches and managers to both the Blue & White SAP u10 teams
• Allocate/Map all u11 SAP players, coaches and managers to both the Blue & White SAP u11 teams
• Allocate/Map all u12 SAP players, coaches and managers to both the Blue & White SAP u12 teams

Once this participant allocation/mapping process has been completed – all players, coaches and managers will be available for selection on the electronic match sheet for both the age relevant Blue and White SAP teams on any given match day.

Process Steps

1. Select Teams from the overview screen

2. Select Map Members for the team you wish to map the players to.

3. Click on the person icon to toggle the view of players that have been Allocated already to a team or or to view who is currently Unallocated (yet to be allocated to any team) to ensure you are able find all SAP players to allocate to BOTH blue & white teams

4. You can now:

a) Click + to allocate a player to the team. Ensure ALL the age specific SAP players in the squad to allocated age specific Blue SAP Team. (ie if you have 20 u9 squad players, allocate ALL 20 to u9 Blue team)

b) Click + to allocate the relevant Coach(s) and Manager(s) to the Blue SAP Team

c) Repeat the same process above to then allocate ALL the age specific SAP players in the squad to age specific White SAP Team. (ie if you have 20 u9 squad players, allocate ALL 20 to u9 White team)

d) Repeat the same process above to then allocate the relevant Coach(s) and Manager(s) to the White SAP Team.

One the player is allocated to the team, you can then assign their jersey number by clicking on the Edit Jersey icon next to the relevant players name

Enter in the jersey number and then click Save

All allocated players, coaches and managers will now be available for selection for each match day via the  electronic match sheet

Electronic match sheet process for SAP teams

ALL teams will need to submit match sheets electronically via the Dribl App, this includes all SAP teams. The only difference for SAP teams is Goal scorers and Substitutes will not be recorded.
