In order to start using Dribl electronic match sheets, there are 3 pre-requisite steps that need to be completed first.

This article will explain what those 3 pre-requisite steps are and how to perform them.

Summary of 3 steps:

1. Approve your participant registrations requests in Play Football
2. Make your registrants Dribl members
3. Map the participants to their teams

Background

There are 2 distinct digital systems that Football NSW participants will use in 2022:

Dribl – Competition Management System

Detailed explanation of 3 steps:

  1. Approve your participant registrations requests in Play Football

a) Log into Play Football with your club admin Play Football account => https://admin.playfootball.com.au/

b) When the participants registration approval criteria has been met – Approve the participant registration requests in Play Football.

You will now be in a position to commence using electronic match sheets in Dribl.

Dribl will automatically populate your match sheets with the players that you have mapped to your team. Each match, you will indicate who is starting and who is captain and who is on the bench.

The article below explains how to indicate your starting line-up on the electronic match sheet:

Key pre-requisite note: You will need ALL players in a team to be approved in Play Football and ALL 3 steps above to be completed in order to commence use of the Dribl electronic match sheet for that team.

Backup process for any issues with Dribl electronic match sheets

If you experience any issues in the early weeks of using Dribl electronic match sheet that you are unable to resolve on the day, we have the backup option of being able to generate and print paper match sheets from Dribl that you can use as a backup option on the match day.

To prepare for match day:

  1. Take print out of paper match sheet for your matches by following the steps in this link => How to generate paper match sheets

If you have any issue on match day with the electronic match sheet that cannot be resolved before kick off, use the paper match sheet backup process.

2. Contact your relevant Football NSW Competition Co-ordinator as soon as possible via phone or email to advise what the issue was that prevented you from using the electronic match sheet in Dribl.

Your Football NSW Competition Co-ordinator will work with you to resolve that issue, which should allow you to use the electronic match sheet process for the next match.
