Referees/Match officials – Post match Electronic match sheet process – (App)

This article will provide the steps required to complete the match sheet post-match for referees

This process  must be completed post-match by the match referee allocated to the fixture

 

For the match referee to be able to complete the below process, he/she must have:

  1. Been allocated or self-allocated themselves to the match as a referee
  2. A Dribl access account with appropriate referee access
  3. The latest version of the Dribl App installed on their phone
  4. Been trained on how to complete this process and/or have access to this article which explains how to complete the process

b) If the match referee does not meet any of the above criteria and/or there is no official referee allocated to the match (i.e a SAP match)

Then the home team coach/manager will need to complete the “How to add Non-Accredited Referee to the Matchsheet via the Dribl app” process => How to link

And then perform the below steps required to complete a match sheet and mark the match as Complete.

** Please ensure the match data is entered by the home team official with the relevant match official providing the data from their notepad to be entered electronically into the electronic match sheet.

NOTE: Prior to being able to complete the below Post-match steps, both home and away teams need to ensure that all Pre-match tasks have been completed such as both home and away team submitted their teams and both home and away teams confirmed their teams => How to link

 

There are 5 key tasks that need to be followed for a match to be marked as Completed:

Post Game:

1) Cards – enter details of cards that were issued during the match

2) Substitutes – enter details of the Substitutions that occurred in the match (* Only applicable to Senior competitions: 1st Grade, Reserve Grade and U20)

3) Goals – enter goal scorer details (* Only applicable to Senior competitions: 1st Grade, Reserve Grade and U20)

4) Scores – Enter the scores from the match

5) Complete Matchsheet – Referee / Match Official as not yet clicked on Complete Match sheet.

The below Information provides expanded full detailed steps on how to perform each of the post-match tasks above (tasks 1-5)

 

(1) Cards – enter details of yellow and/or red cards that were issued during the match
